Step 3:

If We Feel Mutually Comfortable Moving Forward:

Accredited Investors must meet only ONE
of the three following requirements:

1.	Gross income of $200K per year for the past two years with expectancy to continue.
2.	As a Married Couple Investor: Joint income of $300K per year for the past two years with expectancy to continue.
3.	$1,000,000 in net assets minus liabilities (excluding your primary residence as an asset or debt) – This may include equity in other real estate, stocks, bonds, 401ks, IRAs, etc.
