  • Provision Of Your On-Going Tax Information
  • Bank ACH Services On Our Monthly Payments To You
  • Annual & Timely Year End K1 Tax Document Preparation

Accredited Investors must meet only ONE
of the three following requirements:

1.Gross income of $200K per year for the past two years with expectancy to continue.
2.As a Married Couple Investor: Joint income of $300K per year for the past two years with expectancy to continue.
3.$1,000,000 in net assets minus liabilities (excluding your primary residence as an asset or debt) – This may include equity in other real estate, stocks, bonds, 401ks, IRAs, etc.
